A long-term sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks, he speaks frankly to specialists in an attempt to get to the bottom of the whats, the whys and ways to help himself and others. TALKING MENTAL is a quick start guide to understanding and dealing with mental health in general. With a series of podcasts and supporting information online, this is a DIRECT, FULL-ON and UNFILTERED path to greater understanding and recovery.This is Aarons platform to speak to those in the know. Whilst helping himself to understand his own anxiety, he hopes it will encourage anyone who has been affected to start TALKING MENTAL.
