Bungie is gearing up to launch its first season of content for Destiny 2 since the developer split with Activision. It's called Season of the Drifter, and it will feature a mix of free and annual pass content released over the next 90 days. Bungie released a gameplay calendar along with a developer diary that runs through the assortment of new content coming to Destiny 2 with Season of the Drifter. Among the new modes is Gambit Prime, a more-intense, evolved version of the PvE/PvP hybrid mode Gambit with some major changes. To help boost players up to the current power level, Season of the Drifter will introduce Power Surge Bounties.
