About Dawn Michael Dawn Michael is a mum of two teens an aasect certified sexuality counsellor, clinical sexologist, public speaker and author.  She grew up in California where she continues to live and run her private practice in Thousand Oaks, California. She shares her practice with her husband, a medical doctor in the family practice and combines The Sexual Health and Wellness Centre. She started out as a communication major with a minor in psychology. Dawn has a Master of Arts in Marriage Family Therapy Child Therapy, and her PhD in human sexuality. She has worked in hospitals, with teens, marriage counselling and as a couple's counselor in sex and relationship issues.
