We cannot dispel darkness with more darkness. The problem is, as human beings, what we've been taught is to show up as the same energy, to meet that force with the same force; but if we think about it: we can't defeat darkness with darkness, because you're just getting black and black coming together and making more black. If we want to dispel the darkness and get rid of it, if we want to bring in that light, we have to OPERATE AS light. You bring light into a dark room and darkness disappears. We can't meet anger with anger, or hate with hate, or jealousy with jealousy; we can't meet pride with pride or ego with ego, because you just get more of the same thing. So we have to operate from light, we have to operate from love, from compassion, from gratitude, from joy, from hope. The only way to address fear, to address hate, to address anger, doubt, insecurity, jealousy, envy is with love. Turn on that light that is within you, and watch how the darkness disappears. So, no, we can't control and stop the hat
