It's not our circumstance. It's our mental stance. Two girls. Same circumstances. Both grew up young, poor. Both had single moms. Bothsexually molested at a young age. Both have the World against them. One girl grew up and continued to live those circumstances as a victim day in and day out. The other girl grew up and became known to the world as Oprah Winfrey. The economy, education, your boss, your family, your significant other, the media, your ex. It's not their fault. You see our circumstances are just our circumstances. It's all that we have to work with. They are our tools that have been given to us for us to decide what to do with them. It's like someone handing me a hammer for me to hang a beautiful picture up on the wall, and I use it to beat myself up with. These are our tools. You see it's not about our resources or lack there of, It's about how resourceful we are. It's about where our mind goes when we feel the weight of our circumstances, when we feel the weight of the resources, or the scarcity
