The party is totally landing an AD&D (advanced dirty & dancing) in an attempt to climb up a ladder to escape from the crapple monstrosities. The party is grossed out after running into another group of cultists. These people seem to be a cult centered around repeatedly puking though and that's gross and they don't deserve to live. Fergus starts off by trying to push one over a balcony, but he slips in a puddle of spew and goes over the railing himself. Horrifyingly, there is a large collection of cultist hurl where he falls that may have gained sentience.    Was the puke already living or did the fervent and constant retching of the cultists give it life?
